The lid never came. I notified them as soon as it was opened as a Xmas presents. They refused to believe me. Ignored my emails. Then emailed me back asking for a statement a photo of myself and home address. I feel threatened by them for asking for such information and would never recommend this company to anyone. In yet to receive a returns address to send the parcel back so I’m still out of pocket. Do not trust this company at all
It was great present for my husband. He has Love box in the office and we are sending him with the children messages. It works without any problem. We love Love Box ♥️
My wife loves the box and all the messages see receives from friends and family every time it’s a surprise!!

i havent been able to set it up. it was super frustrating as we tried from a multitude on phones, a laptop and also the website provided and nothing worked. i am actually really disappointed
It's a cool product and the box itself has a high production quality. It still feels a bit expensive for what it does and the app feels a bit clunky at times. For example the "you received a waterfall of hearts"-Banner blocks all interaction with the app except for that tiny x-Button at the top right, which wouldn't be as bad, if it wouldn't stay there for an entire minute or so after the actual hearts-waterfall-animation has ended. Also I'd really wish for a search bar for the backgrounds/templates where each one is sufficiently tagged with keywords so i can search for things like a specific color, theme or contents like "flower" or "drawing" or "ship". Similarly, I'd like to expand the list of tags so I can see more of them at once and don't have to scroll through them horizontally, because there's too many for that to be ergonomic. But in general it works reliably and has definitely helped spreading long-distance love.
Does not work with any Photos I send. They arrive all pixelled or otherwise screwed up. Also, the Interface/App is ridiculous, unprofessional, like for a childs toy. It seems the whole thing was put on the market unfinisched and without testing. The idea is cute, but it just does not work as it should. Too bad.

Fun gift, but the connection is often an issue.
I love the idea of making a box to show affection and love from a distance, but the setup is confusing and it takes a long time to connect, or at least that has been my experience so far. I haven't managed to connect it yet, but I'm confident that I will be able to do so.

Works perfectly and is a really nice gift…shame from all the extra subscriptions though…if else it would have been pefect
Is ok but box has to reconnect after every unplug which is a pain and should be able to work off Bluetooth or phones 4G/5G not just router
My 95yr old nan has a gaggle of grand kids, great grand kids and great,great grandkids that now can stay in touch with ease navigating schedules and time zones! All are loving having a direct way to send a love note to her throughout her day, which give her so much joy each and every time she sees the little heart spin!

Hello. I bought the box as a gift. I was a little disappointed because I got a discount with Lovecoins, but it didn't work on the FR website. It would have been cheaper for me in terms of shipping and taxes. I asked why it wasn't working, but didn't get an answer until after I had already ordered. Too late. The box hadn't been used or activated yet.

Just found out that for even the most basic quality of life features you have to pay a monthly subscription. Like wtf? I just bought my grandparents this present and now they have to look at the QRcode the whole time and I can't turn it off unless I pay €50 a year??? Come on... What is this madness. My grandparents are 92 and 93, they don't understand anything with the QRcode and just want to look at the pictures we're sending. Don't rip off you customers and make these features available for free.

The product is great but the app could be better designed as it feels very messy. It would be good if you could send messages to multiple boxes at the same time.
This is a really good gift for a loved one, it had caused me to be more intentional and make sure I send more messages to my other half and she loves everytime the love heart spins.
Amazing item, well worth it
The Lovebox is a really incredibly beautiful and romantic gift. My wife is happy about a little message from me every day and sees that I am thinking of her. Due to the small messages, you are very much looking forward to seeing each other again later in the day.

Très belle article, bonne qualité, fonctionne très bien . Seul inconvénient impossible d'enregistrer ou de répondre au message envoyé via la lovebox et elle doit obligatoirement être branché sur secteur.

We use it every day
I was thinking about buying this Lovebox for a year and I am so sad I haven’t bought it earlier! I bought it after I moved to the other side of the globe for my long distance boyfriend as a surprise gift. He has never been so excited about anything! We are both completely in love with it. Now I can give him extra love even when I sleep and can’t talk to him. This little box helps us to keep our love present 24/7, by being able to schedule times when the photos are gonna be sent. Definitely recommend this product. Best investment ever!
The Lovebox itself is fantastic, sending little gifts to or receiving them from my girlfriend is really nice. The only issue I have is the Lovebox app not working properly. It doesn't show notifications (I have done *every* possible guide, nothing works), and whenever I receive a waterfall of hearts, the app crashes. I have a fairly new phone, Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G, but my girlfriend's app works as intended, she has a phone that's 6 years old now.
