The Buyer can withdraw his order, without reasons, within fourteen (14) days following the of day when the Buyer, or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, takes physical possession or the ordered products.

When the order relates to a batch made up of different Products, the withdrawal period shall begin from the day the Buyer, or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, has taken delivery of the final element making up the batch.

For Digital Products, access is granted immediately after payment, unless otherwise indicated. No physical delivery occurs. The Buyer acknowledges that they expressly consent to the immediate delivery and accepts that they lose the right of withdrawal.
