In LOVE with Lovebox!

I was thinking about buying this Lovebox for a year and I am so sad I haven’t bought it earlier! I bought it after I moved to the other side of the globe for my long distance boyfriend as a surprise gift. He has never been so excited about anything! We are both completely in love with it. Now I can give him extra love even when I sleep and can’t talk to him. This little box helps us to keep our love present 24/7, by being able to schedule times when the photos are gonna be sent. Definitely recommend this product. Best investment ever!

How can I offer a Lovebox to someone who lives far away?

There is no limit distance between the sender and the Lovebox. It does not matter how far you are from it, you will still be able to send messages. If you want to offer the Lovebox to a loved one you can:
- Get it shipped directly to them
- Get it shipped to you. You can setup the Lovebox with your WiFi connection and send a message on it. Don’t open the lid! Then ship the Lovebox to your loved one. When they will have set it up with their WiFi, they will receive the message you sent before.

Do I need a internet connection for the Lovebox to work?

Yes! WiFi provides LoveBox with the internet connection necessary to send and receive love notes in real time.

If you live in a place where WiFi goes through a connection portal or if you want to connect the Lovebox to a shared network (in a company or a retirement home for example), we have a solution right here. But the Lovebox can't connect to a 5GHz WiFi.

How many people can be connected to a Lovebox?

The Lovebox creates an intimate experience where messages can be sent from an unlimited number of loved ones. You can connect as many people as you want and receive infinite love. To do this, communicate the “secret code” available on your Lovebox to all the people you want to send you messages. All they have to do is download the application and add your Lovebox with the secret code.

Lovely gift, horrendous app

The Lovebox itself is fantastic, sending little gifts to or receiving them from my girlfriend is really nice. The only issue I have is the Lovebox app not working properly. It doesn't show notifications (I have done *every* possible guide, nothing works), and whenever I receive a waterfall of hearts, the app crashes. I have a fairly new phone, Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G, but my girlfriend's app works as intended, she has a phone that's 6 years old now.
